DAVION is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data. Personal data are collected and processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other applicable legislation.
DAVION respects best practices in the field of security, respect for privacy and protection of personal data. The definitions and terms used in this document have been taken from Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Definition of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as RGPD) on the Protection of Individuals with Respect to the Processing of Personal Data Circulation of these Data, the definition of personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, such as name, address, email, age, marital status, identification number, identifiers by electronic means, specific elements of the physical, genetic, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Treatment of personal data
The personal data collected by DAVION are only those necessary for the management of the services contracted, as well as if authorized for marketing purposes. In the context of contracts, particularly for employment contracts, some personal data are mandatory. The personal data collected are the minimum necessary, according to the purpose for which they are intended. The personal data collected are intended for the management of contractual relations and the provision of services. Where there is a need to obtain consent from the data subject, more specific information on the purpose, use, preservation and possible transfer to third parties of personal data collected will be provided at the time of data collection.

Rights of  Holders
DAVION ensures, with respect to the Personal Data collected, the respective Holders, who at any time may request the Data Protection Officer, through the means of contact referred to below, the exercise of their rights, such as access, rectification, portability, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment, disposal under the following conditions: data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed, or the holder withdraws consent, where consent is the legal basis, or the holder opuser to the processing and if there are no data present or underlying to the retention of the data prevailing interests that legitimize its maintenance and the refusal of such opposition, or they are no longer necessary for the purpose that led to their collection or treatment. The data subject may request the erasure of their personal data, whenever they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and whenever they wish to withdraw their consent, without affecting their request, however, the previous legal treatment . This request will be fulfilled, as long as it does not conflict with any legal requirement or contractual need regarding the period of retention of personal data. Security measures
DAVION is committed to ensuring the protection of the personal data that are available to us and has implemented strict rules in this regard. Compliance with these rules is an obligation that can not be derogated from by all those who legally have access to them. A number of technical and organizational security measures have been adopted to ensure the protection of personal data provided to us against unauthorized use, loss, alteration or unauthorized access, as well as any other form of illicit treatment.

We consider the protection of your private data very important and collect and use your personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal regulations in the General Data Protection Regulation (GRDP) and other applicable data protection regulations. All communications with us are encrypted in accordance with the latest security standards. Our website transfers all data over HTTPS. Since its first entry, its data is transmitted with a 256-bit security and then stored encrypted.
