Rights of  Holders
DAVION ensures, with respect to the Personal Data collected, the respective Holders, who at any time may request the Data Protection Officer, through the means of contact referred to below, the exercise of their rights, such as access, rectification, portability, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment, disposal under the following conditions: data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed, or the holder withdraws consent, where consent is the legal basis, or the holder opuser to the processing and if there are no data present or underlying to the retention of the data prevailing interests that legitimize its maintenance and the refusal of such opposition, or they are no longer necessary for the purpose that led to their collection or treatment.
