Davion has the annual capacity for the delivery of 50.000 customized Made-To-Measure (MTM) HC or FC Suits.

MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
A full customized service for individual orders for MTM garments has been assembled in Davion to fulfill the requirements of a bespoke garment made in an industrial process.
Each Made to Measure suit requires more than 210 unique operations from modelling, autonomous cutting piece by piece, sewing parts, pockets, sleeves, linings, collars, buttons, canvas, embroidered and finally mounting all together. All suits are then fully pressed and ironed, part by part.
Before packaging, a quality control is done for each garment, checking all the details, individual options and materials, measurements, to assure a high quality unique product. The final packaging is done accordingly to client requirements, and expedited to the designated client store address to any country of the world.
During the past decade, Davion has successively introduced several enhancements in it’s production line - from new information systems for order management to fully automated CAD systems, cutting processes and new machinery for sewing and ironing.
From the client's perspective, several enhancements were developed - from order management via a Web portal, to daily updated information about the status of each order, giving also a best Estimated Time to Delivery for each order.
MADE TO MEASURE RESOURCES
The MTM order customization is a streamlined process and done
almost exclusively by clients themselves.
The process is simple comprised by the following steps:
Client should choose one of the models previously developed and assigned specially to client during the client MTM setup process;
Select the desired apparel – 3 pieces Suit, 2 pieces Suit, Jacket, Trouser, Waistcoat, Overcoat, etc.;

After the fitting session with customer based on Davion respective size-set try-on master garment, to define customer size for each piece.
Indicate of the several measure changes/adjustments in relation to chosen standard size.

Choosing the desired fabric from a list of available fabrics from the finest providers: Loropiana, Vital Barberis Canonico, Guabello,… or ask for acquisition of a fabric coupon. From your Davion swatches choose also all other materials like Buttons, Linings, Thread Colors, Undercollars,..
